Ann: Response to ASX Aware Query-VNX.AX, page-25

I'm one of those ones that didn't ask for my money to be refunded ($15,000). I wasn't smart like most people -- darn.

Hence I guess I will have to wait until 4th June for the prospectus to expire to get my money back.

But some of the capital raise money has been spend already, backed-up up by the questionable loan/guarantee. But if I'm right, even this doesn't quite cover all the funds that were spent ... still about 1/2 million short it seems.
