not completely. we deploy usually on the weekend for a monday release. Yes you have time (AKA sunday to reserve the changes). However, depending on the release plan its also common once testing is done in a test environment that you move the code over to prod the night before.
however, reading this shows the IOS version would not have been done yet. As they would need to wait the usual 2 weeks for apple to approve it (meaning it would of been in prod already).
