On 15 June 2016, the final version of the platform....was deployed....but it did not deliver satisfactory results.

That is, after numerous versions were tested, running right up to the promoted deadline, they still couldn't get the app to work as advertised. Fail.

However, at the time, the Entity was not aware of the extent of the changes required...

A tacit admittance by the Board of incompetent project management in neither fully understanding the govt requirements, nor subsequently seeing the techos problems and informing the market accordingly. Fail.

Be interesting to see if the ASX accepts these explanations or simply allows the market to judge the co.
