what a BS response to authorities, claiming $500K was small and immaterial amount, yet the whole company is being sold for nuts with leaving existing shareholders with 3% equity?
when a company is forced to issue convertible shares at cost of 97% dilution to shareholders, (500K + could have been easily raised from existing shareholders), how one sane person would say that it was immaterial ? all crap again!
