And I've often thought the same thing, not sure if it's blind optimism though. Certainly would explain some of the over-the-top negativity also, if you were Wade (or another buyer) there wouldn't be a great deal of point in ponying up top dollar right now when you could drive AZZ into the ground and pick it up as a distressed asset.
