Surely ASX is to blame because it was a done deal as far as everyone was concerned, but their witch hunt over the disclosure side has harpooned it, as we all feared?

Is that right or is that simplifying it too much?"

Well, there are about 500 posts on here debating it!

Some new information in this document though:

- ASX blocked an update about the process
- An extension was signed with Wade and it set a new date for completion (which then also passed without completion)
- A third party advisor was employed and a formal process for sale undertaken
- this passed without an offer
