Maybe I've just lost all confidence in this management team and...

Maybe I've just lost all confidence in this management team and I'm overly negative, but does this seem a little strange to anyone else? I'm really hoping I'm wrong or I've missed something so if I have, I am happy to be corrected. I'll paraphrase a few of the points;

1) There was a 250 million dollar bid from Wade
2) AZZ was unable to verify the financials of Wade
3) AZZ continued on the basis it would complete with Wade in an exclusive process. Wade fails to complete, twice.
4) When they opened up a data room there was no other buyer

Is this how other people read this? If so, I'm more concerned than before. Hope I've misread it, I must say it was hard to read.
