Ann: Response to ASX Aware Query, page-7

Have been watching this and hold stock from a week before it was suspended....Clause 38 (in particular 38.4), 39, and Clause 42 ( in particular Clause 42.2) very relevant here. Looks like when ASX ask them to comply they don't want to, and then why would you go and give them a right to terminate, if there were no conditions precedent....I don't get it.....both AZZ and ASX need to have a good look at themselves. Disgraceful.
