I have been invested in several companies that have done capital raisings in exactly the same way and all the shareholders feel betrayed and vent there feelings online,it is all part of the game of investing in juniors.
Quite frankly I do not mind the placement of shares to institutional investors to raise capital as the price always drops to the placement price, so you can pick some up on the market no need to participate in the raising.
I feel confident in the BOD'so decision as the current rate of cash burn would not allow an increase in advertising. They obviously feel the need to develop the obliques at a faster pace to take advantage of their technological advantage.
In a month's time when the quarterly update is released you all be saying how good they are.
