Carolyn Scobie as Group General Counsel/ Attorney appears to have created legal risk and non-disclosure risk. I am surprised John Neal and the Board have not taken action.
Either Carolyn Scobie or John Neal needs to go to restore market confidence in QBE IMHO. First the affair, now this weakness in legal risk.
