In previous years with an announcement like this, we would be sinkin straight to $10 (even though the negativity of this announcement is a tad overblown). However with rising US bond yields over the next 3-5 years in play for the QBE SP, a new range base will form in mid $11's, possibly as low as $11.20. Feast on this dip players while you can!!
