what this story so far may be saying is the strategy for expansion and importantly managing that might be too much.
its a great business but there is lots of competition and the barriers to entry are relatively low there would be nothing stopping anyone setting up a similar business and offering something different

couldnt really think of a worse business to open,food, there is lots of wastage and the fixed and variable costs over the season can eat into those margins
plus there is the issue of sourcing and retaining good staff.
