There is so many varied opinions on this one so some will be right and some wrong. For the most part I guess a positive is the amount of interest in it...showing that there is potential!

So you don't think more health food shops like Oliver's would pop up in response in which case the cost of supplies may be driven up rather than down?.

Competitors may also pop up who have their own supplies.
