Something sounds a bit off here. First the timing of the release (funny how companies always know positive news on annual reporting early but bad news always comes late).
Do they really expect shareholder to believe that they ONLY review project performance once a quarter, 4 x a year !!!!!! Especially with a history of jobs losing money.
Every construction company I know, in fact just about EVERY company I know anything about reviews financials monthly.
