A sound resolution, but still brings into question their communication style and transparency to shareholders. The BOD have tried to slip this through and like their share grab late last year, have failed due to shareholder backlash.

Cannot wait to see their proposed performance milestones moving forward as I am 100% sure shareholders will scrutinise these much more closely and demand revenue milestones over and above the flimsy milestones proposed three years ago.
