More than anything I see it as a hole in Rule 3.1 which needs to be closed as I've seen quite a lot of unofficial releases of information across many forum through social media which in the cold light of day appear to be in breach of continual disclosure obligations to ASX. No one complains until everything goes wrong - I am aware of other forum where that is the case.
As far as what happened in TV2U's case I don't see it as malicious just pointing out the facts that the ASX compliance officer won't be aware that Nick and the team have been working day and night to make this happen - all they see is 140 - 200% increase in SP on no news release and for anyone that doesn't know about TV2U and an imminent Solgo Live announcement (which is material) then they may have an excuse to complain to the ASX that TV2U were in breach of continuous disclosure obligations.
If you're attending the AGM i'll discuss it with you further but no need to keep on about it.
(All IMHO - DYOR) - GLTAH!
