As far as what happened in TV2U's case I don't see it as malicious just pointing out the facts that the ASX compliance officer won't be aware that Nick and the team have been working day and night to make this happen - all they see is 140 - 200% increase in SP on no news release and for anyone that doesn't know about TV2U and an imminent Solgo Live announcement (which is material) then they may have an excuse to complain to the ASX that TV2U were in breach of continuous disclosure obligations.
If you're attending the AGM i'll discuss it with you further but no need to keep on about it.

I suppose the rules were maid prior to social media and the things people can access via the internet these days!!??

Makes it very hard to keep anything a secret.

Access to information is incredible so maybe the rules need looking at but geez it's just so hard to allow for all scenarios to be covered.
