They are indeed muppets.

Having just read the questions and answers - it seems to me (lawyer hat on) that the questions were rather pedestrian (not sure who wrote them - probably a cut and paste from some other event). However, the answers provided were succinct. It is clear that they did not seek to avoid the questions or obfuscate their responses. I was actually impressed with the answers.

That is, in my experience, a clear signal that they were acting with competence and confidence when they 'penned' the responses.
