Ann: Response to ASX Aware Query, page-23

I don't get this announcement at all? It reads like they are trying to deny they have now revised the FY guidance? What a crock! The rest is just arse covering - trying to show that the board was unaware if any change to the financial performance of the business for the current half until the meeting just prior to the guidance revision.

While the media coverage is unfortunate, and I think sensationalized etc, I was willing to hold on faith until that MASSIVE and unexpected guidance revision. Most worrying point for me being the debt rollover issue.... so I'm still glad I sold yesterday at $1.90, recovering about 1/3 of my initial investment - which luckily was only about 2% of my portfolio. You won some, you lose some.....

If the business survives post debt rollover and the inevitable capital raising that will be required, I may buy back in and hope to make back some of that loss. I reckon the CR will end up being at a sub $1.50 price - but we shall see!
