    No. What it means is that directors were not paying attention to the financials in the prior months.

    There are plenty out there who cannot read a set of financials and simply nod when the CFO tables the figures at monthly meetings.

    The companies that do pay heed to their figures are the ones that quote numbers in their announcements and set KPIs.
