    The management should have said nothing why an earth you going to give numbers if you know that the current situation extremely
    harsh is for the retail F&B business and you have no knowledge how this is going to pan out .
    The management should have been more causes in stead of playing panic football hence making more waves .
    Instead of sending new franchisees to a course how to run a franchise the management should take a course " PR " !
