From my perspective it looks like the shorts are in control. Since the trading halt, they have been hitting the stock hard. Last Friday 55% of trades was attributed to short positions on the same day the Brockman deal was announced. BCK has gone from 3 cents to 5.4 cents or $200M in enterprise value uplift in 3 days.
Worst case scenario they push it back to $15.50. If they do, l will be backing up the truck to play the long game.
