From my interpretation of the ASX aware letter, it is the previous twitter post from Nov 1 with the picture of the SKI headquarters and caption Eye-spy i wonder where Ben is off to, and the subsequent rise in share price due to speculation and folliwing release of the Amrita announcement on Nov 2.
My personal take is the response is reasonable if not cheeky, and disclosure of the imminent release of BFS on or about 14th Nov has resulted in suspension under 17.3.2 to prevent disorderly or uninformed market until such time as the BFS is released.
