    So AVQ knew on 14 Dec that they had not been successful with the Kolosori application but did not put the company into a trading halt until 20 Dec when they should have gone into a trading halt first thing on Monday morning 17 Dec. The ASX are going to go after these guys as from the timeline published in AVQ's response to the ASX inquiry it looks like the market was not fully informed for 3 days.
