Dear Sir/ Madam Re: Request For Voluntary Suspension On 28 March 2019 Ausmex Mining Group Limited (ASX: AMG) requested a trading halt pending the release of an announcement relating to a proposed capital raising.
The Company now requests a voluntary suspension for up to 2 trading days and provides the following information in relation to Listing Rule 17.2: - GPP is seeking to complete a proposed capital raising; and - Currently the term sheet for the proposed capital raising has been prepared and is awaiting signature from potential investors.
Upon AMG receiving the signed term sheet AMG will seek to release a detailed announcement, lift the suspension and resume trading. The Company is not aware of any reason why the suspension should not be granted, or of any information necessary to inform the market about the suspension.
