Ann: Response to ASX Aware Query, page-2

I was able to read the ASX Aware Query before release on hot copper.

I am concerned about the responses of SLR. It will be interesting to hear others responses.

1. Does SLR consider the Exploration Results to be information that a reasonable person wouldexpect to have a material effect on the price or value of its securities?

Answer: No.

If one were to read the comments on Hot Copper following the announcement there were many happy investors, and I personally think it is obvious that the announcement would have an effect on the share price. "Spectacular Gold" was used in the announcement.

I simply cannot understand SLR's response other than a defense approach following the share price increase prior to the announcement.

SLR does give details on the reason for the share price (best to read it yourself), but basically an investment Company made a major increase in its shares in SLR.

Certainly I will be watching in detail the effect of any SLR's announcements in the future (before and after).
