That was April when AFR reported Moran was using a different company, Zinciferous, to pitch the lithium carbonate to funds. Then, was it late July he signed an understanding with Altura, to list the plant as Zinciferous and float it on the ASX. Why is MTC reimbursing him and paying Zinciferous staff with MTC funds? Doesn’t seem quite right at all.
