That seems clearly at odds with their answerd to ASX.

Remind me what are the penalties for failing to comply with an ASX investigation?

Is that what they call Obstruction of Justice? (maybe once it's a criminal investigation?)

Also I see no query from ASX relating to sell downs by related parties in the last month of trading (has anyone alleged this in writing to ASX?). I note the companies share trading policy specifically mentions family members in relation to insider trading. Even if insider trading isn't proven they may have contravened there own trading policy if a family member of a key person sold (or purchased) within two weeks of a quarterly announcement or when the company was in possession of material and undisclosed information. From memories the fines relating to insider trading can be up to 3x the profit gain or loss avoided.
