We have to seriously ask what assets Atlas has a caveat on to securatise its $5.5 mil debt? Are these assets really worth $5.5 mil & are the Hi-Tech services capable of earning $10 mil P/A going forward? We really wont know this until CLI sells the trimmed flower, IMO. IMO, if there is demand for trimmed flower, it should be sold by now. Perhaps CLI & Atlas are haggling about who gets the money?
$2 mil revenue from Hi-Tec Real Time irrigation systems is not capable of making a profit to date and the crop flop wont add much to this years Ag Services' prospective revenue, IMO
