This is my biggest issue too, like you cant just chuck half a sack into the back of a ute and say that first shipments have commenced, causing the market to be optimistic which makes people not sell, and buy more stock etc, when clearly its misleading as all hell, They could have taken over just 1 plant by hand and made the same announcement? Where they just trying to pump the SP so there buddies could sell before saying the crops dead.... hmmmm

And then why send shipments over without testing the cbd?.. They said they were testing the cbd on a weekly basis and it was going up 10% each week? Must have known it was dropping from 10% to 2%, why not tell us when they noticed it at 6%. They just failed COMPLETELY to disclose all material and relevant info to the market and we were left high and dry thinking all is well. I would have rathered to sell at a 60% loss instead of all of it just because it was too late and had to go into a trading halt.
