This is self incriminating, IMO, because if there was only one shipment made of 539 Lbs on the 25th Oct & not any more, then CLi should have announced by 02 Nov that the DL contract was not proceeding as planned. This is market sensitive, IMO, and should have been announced right away. The contract called for 300K Lbs; 6K Lbs/week!

All IMO only and shareholders should seek professional advice before taking any action on these issues.

I don't know how hard the asx goes at this stuff but if CLI just keep writing long replys etc n just try confuse things will they go away ?
how does anyone ever get bought to justice? Right now the CEO and others are still on huge pay ..
hardly seems right
none of this mess was a accident it would seem it was negligence..
