Whats with you guys? Get a life or get registered , which is more to the point, as a Sophisticated Investor if you want to eat at the same table. I told you how to in my last post and if you can't , accept the outcome.
None of you and myself would not be here at 35c if the company had not raised funds and as sure as hell, retail would not have done it.
The mining companies go to these SI solely because the funds will flow at a discount and that's where the SI can make $$. It's called arbitrage.
Thats how the world works , people make a profit - hello! And if you haven't worked that out yet, well find and suggest another method to get people with the money to put it into exploration companies that need funds and have in most cases limited prospects.
They only get the funds to carry on exploring because of the margin that SI obtain on the raising- haven't any of you whiners borrowed from a bank?
Do you think you get funds at what the bank borrows at?
