I just got a response from the new company secretary. I can’t post it up here because they put a confidentiality disclaimer at the bottom of the email.
Quite a fast reply, seems on top of things. Made it very clear that they were taking care of the continuous disclosure and that Automic were also assisting with implementing good corporate governance.
I asked for an updated T20 but he only had the one from the previous annual report.
