that's what we thought management told TGA and we were told it was submitted for registration. Why now does HCT tell the market we have waited 3 mths for cosmetic when it does not have to as it is treated like soap water or glycerol not needing even to contact the TGA. The whole thing was misleading then now even more misleading now.
