Yes I agree with you that there are sharks out there. If you were to got through the DCN reports, you would have come across the similar kind of activity as MOY. Again I will point out here that there was a $10mil of DCN SH money being wasted on PUT options that will never be in the money. How does that come about? The only conclusion that one can draw is that there is some sort of coercion going on.
And LJ was smart enough to realise that the Project Loan of $98mil is going to be the Sword of Damocles hanging over DCN viability as an ongoing company. Hence he had no choice but to do the CR in order to nullify the loan. If this was not done, by now DCN is probably in voluntary administration.
Somehow a lot of DCN SH choose to ignore this fact. If the CR was not done, DCN will end up the way of MOY and that is as sure as night following day.
I am pretty confident that we will do well in DCN investment with LJ at the helm. As far as I am concerned, all the signs of the company are pointing to one direction and that is one of forward and upward.
