It all depends on who the buyers were that the Company introduced to the seller. If they are completely arms length then there is no trouble. But see HDY (now PSL) for what ASX does if there is collusion. TH, then VS which ASX never let them come out of. I did my dough on options which expired for $0 during the suspension. The alarm bells here are that ASX has brought the subject up twice - if the response still does not satisfy them there could be trouble.
ASX would clearly know who the buyers were so IMO they are in a position to dispel doubt - but as usual the well being of retail investors is not on their wish list.
Pity because I like this mine, mind you there have been a few other players in Europe gold which went bottoms up - there was one I held, I think called Glory, in N. Greece which got a T/O offer and went into TH for months so investors could not get out - price fell and the mine fell into the hands of private owners.
Buyer beware - but if you don't take risk you wont get wealthy on this market sector. GL. Do DD carefully and often.
