    I'm really quite confused as to how they can claim that HCT didn't proceed with the acquisition of iGalen when in a United States district court document it states the below...

    "In order to facilitate distribution and sales of such products, Holista works through iGalen, of which Holista owns 47%, to manage and grow a distribution network for its nutraceutical products."

    I would have assumed if this were not the case, that this would have been clarified throughout the documents however wasn't.
