It's not a shakeout - it's just negative sentiment. It needs to change to see any movement upwards. But i do agree that this is around the price level it was at BEFORE any deal to supply china. So it surely is the bottom. With some positive news, surely there is some on the way, this should move back up easily. It would be nice to see an announcement that addresses the issues, such as farm supply, bottle-necks with importing, and such things.

It does seem strange that such a low number of customer receipts were taken for the quarterly. It would also be good to see some break-down of the current supply and how it is all going. This thing is operating like a black box and it makes it difficult to get a feel for what is coming... as we now all know.
