Same people involved, and neither of them are "only being caught" for the first time

4.5 years ago, Bert Mondello was the CEO of ZIP.
He and Salvatore Vallelonga got sprung doing much the same thing as they did in 2020.

The other issues raised are all problematic in their own way, too.


The fact that Bert Mondello's own mother has such faith in her son's company management skills that she immediately sold every share in his Company is hilarious, though.
