Doesn't really prove anything. Just says they needed time to consider capital raising initiative's and opportunities.

They were provided an opportunity to raise capital. They reviewed it and have undertaken the opportunity. It's just wording and I think there's quite a few reading into this. I was saying the day before the trading halt for the CR, "If the management are smart they'll do a capital raise at the higher share price". If I'm sitting here thinking it then I'm not the only one.

The response states pretty clearly that they were approached and every media outlet is stating that the offer was for sophisticated investors. There's really nothing more to it.
