If what IOU is saying is true, we should get a notice of new major holder in top 20 (holding 80m shares). However, I believe the brokers pushed the price higher than 45-50c to do the CR. This is probably an unpopular post right now, but why would that investor wait for the SP to hit 70c and then buy in the business? They could've easily bought their shares around 20-25c when we were trading 100-120m shares each day.

For me nothing fundamentally has changed and IOU still has a great potential and future, but to see all the LT holders are blindly supporting this action and ramping is quite disappointing.
