EML knew about the 'significant regulatory concerns' before the start of trade Friday - and did not disclose to ASX until Monday.
ASX listing rules are basically ASX has to be informed immediately as to information where a person off the street would consider the information important to share price.
it is in the Ann 25 May 2021.
ELM had increased communications with the regulator since December 2020 to help with compliance- I can't see the communications on Friday morning (Australia time) being a surprise.

look at sells for the year to date and say it all looks good.
