They all have their best interests in mind and its a stuff everyone else mentality.
I understand the point you are making as remember Collins who sold us out also I believe.
All tarred with the same brush.
What Nova has not got is a cornerstone investor with a view of holding shares long term.
It will happen eventually in the mean time as Nova grows the bad points should be only bumps on the way to realizing full value.
Management need to put new procedures in place to stop what has happened recently though.
The asx announcements are really hurting the SP and they should never have put the company in such a position in the first place.

Anyway we will see how it pans out soon.
