"the news about Borba has been in the market for quite a while" - are you referring to the "news" being the sudden switch to a Hydrogen Project that came from nowhere or the sudden dumping of the pipeline for the gas that was to swiftly be commercialized? None of that was in the market until the recent Ann. And further, all lead up material, be it announcements or presentations, inferred progress was being made towards the promised revenue.
If you cannot appreciate why some holders would just be like, 'OK, that's enough, I am out', then yes, you certainly are missing something.
