I don’t understand why the placement doesn’t come into this, it’s the most obvious reason for the share price to jump, and it jumped after last of the placement was announced.
if that placement had substantially failed the share price would probably be 10c, it shouldn’t be a surprise that averting (or putting off) a cash crunch is followed by the share price rising,
