The Company was notified today that on 31 March 2022, Freya Holdings Limited, an entity entirely owned and controlled by Roby Zomer, Non-executive Chairman of the Company, transferred its entire shareholding in Graft Polymer (totalling 4,576,163 ordinary shares of £0.001 each ("Ordinary Shares")) to Chitta Lu Limited, which Mr. Zomer also entirely owns and controls. Roby Zomer remains the beneficial holder of these Ordinary Shares
