So the universe simply unravelled without warning between the dates of the two operational reports received by directors - the seven days from 17 June to 24 June. And equipment delays due to sanctions and the production lags caused by them were all considered in isolation as finite, unrelated, individual events, with no regard for the totality of the situation until 24 June. Yeah right.
