Looks like the ASX didn't want to let this go...they should really have kept them in the TH/suspension until this info was provided/proved-up - not re-consider a few days later !

Maybe not - perhaps it's because of that report on their website on 14th July that they only shared it with a select few and they started buying in, thus the sp went a bit nuts before the German news re Adjupharm got released to the general public ?
Smelled a rat prehaps and decided to investigate further.
