Ann: Response to ASX Aware Query, page-15

Try this broker boy...

Is this common that the ASX receive a complaint of this nature serious enough for them to act??? Everyone on HC complains about delays as if their company is the only one who hasn’t met timeframes but I haven’t seen it go as far as the ASX.

The person who initiated the complaint with the ASX which led to the please explain;

* someone with an axe to grind.
* enough to know how to present information in such a manner that it gets the ASX to act.
* sufficiently familiar with running a company and with ASX rules.
* involved in meetings or know someone who was.
* familiar with the business and it’s team.
* doesn’t necessarily need to be an ex employee.

What about leaking confidential info, things that have been said, to potential financiers?

They need to find the source of the complaint and address the issues.

It’s not going to be your average Joe who’s been made redundant and is pissed off, nor a punter who’s lost money——the ASX would receive millions of irrelevant complaints.

They must think they’re a fair way away from getting finance to go to C&M however there’s no rush to produce in this recessionary like environment just as long as they can keep the lights on and end up with a reasonable deal.

They should be able to do that and that’ll be a win as we wait for global conditions to improve.
