ASX must surely require further clarificatiom on that specific fact of the 5/12 date on the term sheet. Doesn’t stack up.
I rather suspect it is carelessness more than willfulness on HFR’s part, perhaps explained by the distance and time difference etc. HFR had nothing to gain. However, if a perpetrator did profit on inside info by dumping on market, then they must be held to account. It really can’t be too hard to follow the trail. I’ll be very interested in watching this unfold.
